These Terms govern your use of Flowtv (flowtv.media), a subscription travel-video service operated by Meltemi Travel Media Ltd, registered at Stisichorou 9, Flat 201, 3117 Limassol, Cyprus. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1The service

Flowtv curates and ranks travel shorts daily and makes them available for streaming in a web browser. We do not currently provide native mobile, smart-TV, or app-store applications, nor offline downloads.

2Free trial

New members receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership begins and you will be charged at the plan price you selected.

3Subscription & automatic renewal

• Memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, depending on the plan you choose.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current plan price until you cancel.
• Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location.

4Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. If you cancel a paid period, you retain access until the end of that period; partial periods are addressed in our refund policy.

5Acceptable use

Memberships are for personal use. You agree not to share login credentials, redistribute content, or attempt to download or copy films. We may limit or suspend access for misuse.

6Content & intellectual property

Films remain the property of their respective filmmakers and licensors. Submission and copyright clearance requirements are described in our content policy and DMCA policy.

7Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Meltemi Travel Media Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

8Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
