Trial & billing
How does the free trial work?
You get a 7-day free trial with full access to the daily pick and the archive. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
What if I don’t like it?
Cancel before your trial ends to avoid any charge. If you are charged for your first paid period, you have a 7-day money-back window — just email [email protected].
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. After the free trial your membership renews automatically at the plan price you chose until you cancel. We send a reminder and you can cancel from your account at any time.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are handled over an encrypted, SSL-secured connection. We never store full card numbers on our own servers. Checkout opens once subscription setup is connected.
Watching & devices
Which devices can I watch on?
Flowtv works in any modern web browser on desktop, tablet, and phone. We do not currently offer a dedicated mobile, smart-TV, or app-store application.
Can I download films to watch offline?
Not at this time. Flowtv is a web-based streaming experience; we do not offer offline downloads. We would rather promise only what we actually deliver.
Can I share my account?
Membership is intended for personal use. Please keep your login to yourself; sharing credentials may lead us to limit access on the account.

How do you choose the daily pick?
A small editorial team in Limassol watches submissions and travel shorts each day, debates them, and ranks today’s thirty. The top choice becomes the #1 pick.
When does the ranking refresh?
The ranking refreshes every day at 00:00 in your own device’s local timezone. The on-screen countdown shows exactly when the next pick arrives.
Does the same place stay #1 forever?
No. The #1 pick changes daily. Today’s top destination is today’s only; tomorrow the whole ranking refreshes with a new featured place.
Can I submit my own travel short?
Yes — filmmakers and travellers can submit work for consideration via [email protected]. We watch every submission, though we can only rank a small number each day.
