Flowtv respects the rights of creators. If you believe content on flowtv.media infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to our designated agent and we will act promptly.

Designated agent

What your notice must include

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL or location of the material on flowtv.media so we can find it.
  4. Your contact details (name, address, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with the same identifying detail and a statement under penalty of perjury.

Repeat infringers
