Refund Policy

We want the daily pick to earn its place in your morning. This policy explains your free trial and money-back rights with Flowtv, operated by Meltemi Travel Media Ltd, Limassol, Cyprus.

7-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing — no refund is needed because no charge was made.

7-day money-back on your first charge

If you are charged for your first paid period after the trial, you have a 7-day money-back window from the date of that charge. Within those 7 days we will refund your first payment in full on request.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
  2. Tell us the account email and the charge date.
  3. We will confirm and process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days once the payment provider is connected.

After the money-back window

Beyond the first 7 days of a paid period, charges for completed periods are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep access until the period you paid for ends. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights you have under Spanish and EU law.
